Reloading the configuration on the Taxi Butler PRO can be done in the following way:- Click on the menu icon in the top left of the screen
- Then, click on “Reload configuration”
The device is “BLOCKED”
Sometimes, the Taxi Butler PRO may display a “BLOCKED” message on-screen, this happens when the device is blocked intentionally, or if the necessary configurations are not setup for the device. To check if the necessary configurations are setup, head over the Venues page and search for the venue using the search bar or find it in the list of venues.- Click on the name of the venue you’d like to edit from the Venues page
- Click on the “Edit” button at the top right of the page
- Scroll down to the Taxi Butler PRO Options section
- Ensure that the configuration for the Taxi Butler PRO is enabled by clicking on the dropdown next to “Enabled” and choose “Yes”
The device is unresponsive
If your Taxi Butler PRO is unresponsive, you can try: If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact support.The device won’t power on
