Understanding & using the Payments page

The Payments page provides information about payments made on-device using Taxi Butler PAY.

Similarly to the Bookings page, the Payments page lists all bookings with payments made on your devices using Taxi Butler PAY.

The Payments table includes various data and properties.

Booking ID

A unique identifier for the booking, used to track and reference it in the Taxi Butler system.

Venue name

The name of the location where the booking was made using the device.

Device ID

A unique identifier assigned to the Taxi Butler device that processed the payment.

Payment capture time

The exact date and time when the payment for the booking was successfully captured.

Payment capture amount

The total amount that was captured for the booking, typically displayed in the local currency.

Payment status

The current state of the payment.

The Payments page will only be visible if you have Taxi Butler PAY enabled on your account. If you’d like Taxi Butler PAY enabled, please read more about accepting payments.
